Welcome to episode 3 with Chad.
Chad is a former Army ranger who created an American apparel line to support mental health. It's called Mental Joe. Why? Keep reading...
Here at home, 1 in 4 Americans suffer from some type of mental illness. Chad can relate. He has first-hand experience with childhood and military traumas and he suffers from OCPD, anxiety, depression, all on top of an ongoing battle with a negative self image. In this last year, Chad has been undergoing Ketamine Infusions and, without question, they have changed his outlook on life, calmed his mind, and, he would say without hesitation, that they have probably saved his life.
He joins us to discuss, for the first time, the moment that changed his life:
The moment his parachute failed, and he came crashing down.
In this episode we explore the story that was owning Chad and we see what he's done to get out of his depressed state of mind. It's a brilliant conversation with 3 men, who all explore their feelings and even shed a few tears of joy.
Thank you for listening.
